Booking Terms
These terms apply to bookings made through any InnBoss-powered hub or partner frontend (e.g. HelloBarbados, IHB). They govern the platform service fee only — the rest of the reservation is a contract between the guest and the property.
1. If the property cancels a confirmed booking
The guest receives a full refund of the platform service fee. This is the sole exception to the "non-refundable" service-fee rule. The platform pursues the property for the covered amount. Properties that cancel confirmed bookings more than once may be delisted.
2. If the guest cancels
The platform service fee (paid at booking) is non-refundable. Any balance owed directly to the property follows that property's own cancellation policy, which is shown before checkout. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
3. Force majeure
For documented force majeure events (hurricane, flight cancellation, government advisory, etc.) the platform may, at its discretion, issue credit or a partial refund in place of a cash refund. Guests should contact support with documentation as soon as possible.
4. Overbooking
If a property overbooks, it must source equivalent or better accommodation for the affected guest at no extra cost. If it cannot, the guest receives a full refund including the platform service fee.
5. Fees and taxes shown at checkout
All taxes, resort fees and security deposits are set by each property and displayed at checkout. The platform does not collect security deposits — they are collected by the property on arrival.
